The
Sourcing screen will
provide a rapid method of entering information about potential applicants
or potential clients. The screen is designed to be used primarily
in a “hands-off” telephone mode, when an initial contact is made
with people or companies that might become new applicants or new
clients.
Once
the contact information and the details of a potential applicant
or potential client are entered, you may use the various Sourcing
menu options to retrieve and amend your records.

From
the Sourcing screen, you can:

Enter
details of potential applicants or clients.

Generate
and send e-mail using Outlook 98 or later.

 |
Send
out form letters or Quick Mail letters.
|
 |
Dial
from the screen your clients phone numbers from a TAPI compliant
devices connected to your computer (such as a modem).
StaffSoft automatically displays a Contact Manager module
for recording notes.

 |
Record
contact notes in the Contact Manager.
|
 |
Make
appointments or To-do lists to be displayed in the Time Planner
or Microsoft Outlook 98 or later.
|
 |
Record
notes in expandable notes fields which can be spell checked,
and cut and pasted.

 |
Move
a sourcing record including contact information to a permanent
applicant or client database record or both.

 |
Print
the details about a potential applicant or client
