Searching Your StaffSoft
Data
There are 3 ways to
search your StaffSoft data: Quick Search, Keyword Search, and Candidate
Search.
Quick Search
With Quick Search,
you can compile a list from Clients, Applicants, or Sourcing based
on almost ANY set of criteria.

Once you have your
list, you can browse their records, print form letters, or send
a mass email.

Keyword Search
Keyword Search lets
you search your applicants resumes for any word of your choosing.

You can even narrow
the list down by searching for more than one word.

Once you have your

Candidate Search
Accessed from the either
the Job Orders or Applicants screen, the Candidate Search let's
you quickly match an applicant to a job that he/she is qualified
for.

By default, results
are built by matching the skills that the job requires to the skills
the applicants have. You can add more criteria, such as availability,
education, and the applicant's preferences.
