Our Staff Bill Dodgen is the founder and a co-owner of Summit Software. Following an eleven year career as a bank officer, Bill started Summit in 1982 and developed it into a leading software provider for firms and banks with equipment leasing operations. In 1990, Bill turned the company’s efforts toward meeting the needs of a young--but growing--Employee Leasing industry. Bill has 24 years of experience in software design, programming, accounting, finance, and payroll and human resources administration. He is the author of a book published for the banking industry and has earned degrees from the University of Iowa and Rutgers University. He is a licensed private pilot and an avid model airplane aviator. He also enjoys snow skiing and fly fishing. Bill and his wife, Cynthia, have three daughters.  Sean Flanagan joined Summit Software in 1995. He is a co-owner of Summit and heads up the company’s research and development efforts as well as its support operations. Prior to joining Summit, Sean was the IT Director for a publicly traded PEO and payroll processing firm in New Jersey. He has over 20 years of experience in software design, programming, data communications, payroll, and human resources administration. He and his wife Nancy have three young boys, and they enjoy boating and riding ATVs. Sean also enjoys RC airplane and helicopter aviation. Summit Support Staff
